Building Better Budget Habits Since 2019
We started in a small office in Kaohsiung with a simple question: why do smart people struggle with annual budgets? The answer wasn't about math skills. It was about developing practical systems that actually work in real life.
Six years later, we're still figuring things out. But we've helped hundreds of individuals and small businesses create budgets they can stick to. Not perfect ones. Workable ones.
Our approach focuses on building habits rather than following rigid templates. Because the best budget is the one you'll actually use next month.

What Drives Our Work
Realistic Expectations
We don't promise financial miracles. Budgeting takes effort and adjustment. Our role is making that process clearer and less frustrating than doing it alone.
Practical Over Perfect
The prettiest spreadsheet means nothing if you abandon it by March. We help you build systems that fit your actual life, not an idealized version of it.
Continuous Learning
Financial situations change. We update our methods based on what works for people in 2025, not what textbooks said ten years ago. Your feedback shapes our curriculum.
How We Actually Teach This Stuff
Most budget courses dump information and hope something sticks. We break things down into manageable pieces you can test immediately. Then we help you adjust based on what happens.

Small Group Sessions
Six to eight people working through real scenarios together. You'll learn as much from others' questions as from our guidance. Sessions start October 2025.

Individual Review
Monthly check-ins where we look at your actual numbers and troubleshoot what's not working. No judgment, just problem-solving. Available for enrolled students.
Resource Library
Templates, calculators, and guides you can access anytime. We add new materials based on common questions from current students throughout the year.
Who's Behind This
Two people who've spent years working with budgets in various contexts. We're not financial advisors, and we can't tell you what to invest in. But we can help you organize your annual planning.

Kieran Holst
Program Director
Spent twelve years helping small businesses sort out their finances before starting this education program. Still learning new things from every group we work with.

Lars Windermere
Curriculum Lead
Develops the teaching materials and runs most group sessions. Background in adult education and a personal history of budget mistakes that inform everything we teach.
